Small Batch Baking Company was co-founded by two women who bonded over their little boys, common Jewish upbringing and a shared childhood fave – babka – when they met at a baby yoga class in 2011. Based in Bedford, NH, we set out to reinterpret the traditional babka loaf into a more accessible, leaner version that is just-as-true to its tasty old-world self. The result: a snack-sized treat in flavor combinations that satisfy your taste buds in two or three bites – and, at the same time, makes you feel like you just received a warm embrace from your grandmother.

The best part? All three flavors are equally addictive! Each pairs well with a cup of coffee in the morning; holds their own as an afternoon treat or after-dinner dessert; and makes a yummy alternative to a cookie with milk as a late-night snack. There’s simply no time of day when our babka doesn’t hit the spot. To quote Seinfeld’s Elaine: “You can’t beat a babka.”
